Want to make a suggestion to the practice?

We try to provide a high standard of care and service to all our patients and are  continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions are much  appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.

Please note : only use this form for comments about the practice and suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you.

Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.

We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact our practice manger by  telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. Every effort will be made to answer your  concerns as soon as possible.

PALS – Patient Advice and Liaison Service

PALS provides a confidential on-the-spot advice and support service helping you to deal with any concerns you may have about the care provided and can guide  you through the different services available from the NHS. The service aims to:

  • Advise and support patients, their families and carers,
  • Provide information on NHS services,
  • Listen to your concerns, suggestions or queries,
  • Help sort out problems quickly on your behalf,
  • Use patient experience to help shape and improve local health services,

POhWER

POhWER are the provider of the NHS Complaints Advocacy Service across Lincolnshire.

The NHS Complaints Advocacy Service is a free and independent service helping people to raise their NHS complaint using formal processes available. The service is not part of, or funded by, the NHS and as such they remain impartial to help  those who have experience problems with their NHS care and treatment, or a  family member or friend to do this on their behalf.

Anyone who wishes to make a complaint or raise a concern regarding NHS care has the right to do so, and POhWER support all members of the community to do this.
